in Aid of Educational Charitable Causes
Organised by
Ukrainian-British City Club and The Bulgarian City Club
Thursday 13 May 2010
London
The First Ukrainian-Bulgarian Ball is a unique event uniting Ukrainians, Bulgarians and friends of those ancient Eastern European cultures in support of Bulgarian and Ukrainian educational causes. Join us at this spectacular opportunity to enjoy true Slavonic hospitality with a champagne reception and the splendid three-course meal on board of HMS President 1918 on the River Thames for an evening full of entertainment and dance the night away with the famous Ukrainian musician and DJ Oleh Skrypka (DJ O’Skrypka).
The Ethno Ball is held in support of two educational charities. They represent Bulgaria and Ukraine and are Friends of Bulgaria (in aid of the Bulgarian School in London) and Friends of the UCU (in aid of the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv, Ukraine) respectively. Both recipients are independent establishments which provide a first-class education to the young people from Bulgaria and Ukraine.
Venue: HMS President 1918, Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y 0HJ from 7pm until 1am.
