British Ukrainian Society has organised the second annual Yalta Memorial Speech, to be delivered by Stephen Byers MP.  This will be held in the Boothroyd Room, Portcullis House, House of Commons, London SW1 timed at 7pm for 7:30pm on Tuesday 25th November.  The speech will be followed by a drinks reception in the Attlee Suite, also in Portcullis House.
