This summer, a major cultural event – the Eastern European Festival – will celebrate the sights, sounds and smells of Eastern Europe, inviting visitors to savour the food, music and culture of 13 countries in one weekend.
From Friday 21st August until Sunday 23rd August 2009, Newark Showground in Nottinghamshire, in the East Midlands of the UK, will be transformed for a three-day festival that will showcase the customs and cultures of 13 Eastern European countries, all of which have large communities living and working in Britain.
We have great childrens events and we have tied up with all the east midlands rugby clubs
and will have under 9/11/13/15 events.
We call upon your  departments to help us organize a simalar football event,you all have
Eastern European Communities in your area,please help them to feel a part of the UK
The EEF would also like to advertise the event in your Newspaper and would
look for a mutual partneship to enhance this event.
As a bonus we have the services of a queen Tribute band,said to be the best in the UK
 
The festival will enable visitors from across the globe to walk through these countries, as if they were travelling Eastern Europe by train, stopping along the way to savour delicious, local cuisine; national costumes; traditional music and much, much more.Some 20,000 people are expected to attend can you afford to miss such a varied and captive group of possible
customers
