General Terms & Conditions for the redemption of the incentive voucher:-

• This voucher is publicised as part of an incentive of Austrian Airlines.

• A maximum of 9 adults per booking can be made at the same time.

  • The discount is valid for every adult in the booking.

• Children and infants cannot be booked with vouchers.

• Vouchers can only be redeemed at www.austrian.com/uk

• In AirManager vouchers cannot be redeemed.

• It is not possible to combine several vouchers with one another.

• The vouchers have no cash value and their resale is not permitted.

• The vouchers can only be used on Austrian Airlines Group flights.

• If the booking is cancelled, the voucher counts as having been used.

• There is no discounting of airport charges unless the voucher is explicitly issued as such.

• Vouchers can be subject to certain restrictions such as the booking period, travel period, destinations etc. The restrictions can be found in the booking process.

• In the event of misuse, Austrian Airlines reserves the right to disqualify the voucher.

• MCO’s (Miscellaneous Change Orders), CAIR Vouchers and Air-Bonus cannot be redeemed via this field.
